THE PROBLEM WITH TODAY’S EDUCATION

For most of modern history, schooling followed the needs of factories, long hours, fixed schedules, batch processing, standardized outputs.

Students were expected to sit still, memorize, reproduce.

But the world flipped. Work flipped. Technology flipped.

Only our education system forgot to flip.

Today:

  • Students spend 15 years studying, but step into real work feeling confused.
  • Employers keep saying “graduates are not job-ready.”
  • Students chase degrees, but hide the fact that they secretly learned more from YouTube, Random Projects, and their Own Curiosity.
  • Families invest lakhs in coaching and marks, but the actual learning happens when a student finally enters a real workplace.

And yet internships continue to be treated as a “short summer activity” instead of the core engine of modern learning.

This is the gap we are fixing.
