Once Upon a Time...
I am Neha, 22, final-year engineering student in Jaipur. The night before my campus placement interview, the hostel corridors were unusually quiet. Some students were revising notes, some ironing shirts for the next morning, some pretending to relax.

For the first time, an interview didn’t feel like a classroom exercise. It felt like a door. On one side was the familiar rhythm of college life; on the other side was something unknown.

That night I realised that campus placements are not only about jobs. They quietly mark the moment when student life begins to turn into professional life.
