Once Upon a Time...
I am Aditya, 23, computer science student in Bengaluru. The interviewer gave me a problem to solve on a whiteboard. I began confidently but halfway through realised my logic had a gap.

My instinct was to hide the mistake and quickly jump to another approach.
What I Realize Now...
Instead, I explained where my reasoning had failed and corrected it openly. Later I realised that interviews often value the thinking process more than the final answer.
