Once Upon a Time...
I am Meera, 21, biotechnology student in Pune. After the first round of campus placements, the list of selected candidates was displayed on a notice board.
My Inner Thoughts...
I searched the list carefully. My name wasn’t there, but my close friend’s was. I felt happy for her and slightly unsettled for myself at the same time.
What I Realize Now...
That moment taught me something subtle about adulthood — joy and disappointment can exist together, and learning to handle both with grace is part of growing up.
