The Silence After I Finished Speaking
Once Upon a Time...
I am Raghav, 22, MBA student in Jaipur. During an online interview I answered a question and then waited. The screen stayed silent for a few seconds.
My Inner Thoughts...
Those few seconds felt strangely long. Without facial expressions or immediate reactions, I couldn’t tell what the interviewer was thinking.
What I Realize Now...
That moment taught me something about digital conversations — silence online does not always mean disagreement or confusion. Sometimes it simply means the other person is thinking.
