Once Upon a Time...
I am Riya, 22, environmental science student in Delhi. During an interview I struggled to complete an explanation about my field project.

Instead, one interviewer asked a guiding question that helped me complete the idea. That day I realised interviewers are often trying to understand candidates fully, not dismiss them quickly.
