When the Panel Explained the Role
Once Upon a Time...
I am Tanvi, 21, commerce student in Indore. Toward the end of the interview the panel began describing the responsibilities of the role.

It felt less like evaluation and more like orientation.

That moment reminded me that interviews also help organisations assess how well candidates fit the opportunity.
