Situation
Nilesh worked in a top consulting firm in Ahmedabad. Long hours, constant travel, pressure that followed him home. Friends admired him. Family worried but said nothing. His mother once said softly, “You don’t laugh anymore.” Colleagues called him strong for surviving. Nilesh felt tired of surviving.
