Situation
Deepak studied mechanical engineering in a government college near Kota. His grades were average. When internship season started, only toppers seemed confident. Teachers spoke to a few names repeatedly. Deepak stayed quiet. Parents said don’t worry, job will come later.

He skipped internships that year. Focused on understanding subjects properly. In the third year, he applied with less fear. He wasn’t the best candidate. He was at least prepared. That made the difference.
