Situation
Aman studied computer science in a Tier-3 college in Haryana. He got an unpaid internship offer at a small startup where seniors said learning would be real. Friends mocked him for working free. Parents were uneasy but didn’t stop him.

He worked harder than paid interns. Took ownership. When hiring time came, the founder remembered him clearly. The unpaid tag disappeared. The seriousness stayed.
