Situation
Aditi worked at a retail outlet. One evening, a customer walked in, clearly unsure but leaning towards a high-priced product. Manager signalled from distance — “Close it.” It would have been her biggest sale of the week.

She paused and suggested a lower-priced option. Sale value dropped. Manager wasn’t thrilled. But a week later, the same customer returned — with two more people. “Aapne sahi guide kiya tha… isliye wapas aaye hain.” Aditi says now — “Us din target chhota hua… par circle bada ho gaya.” |
