Situation
Akash had an offer from a large IT company. Fixed salary, redictable life. Parents relieved. At the same time, a senior called — “Join us in a small logistics firm. Work is messy. You’ll travel, meet clients, handle operations. No fixed role.” At dinner, father said — “Beta, stability first. Growth will come later.” Friend said — “Why take tension? Take IT job.” Senior said — “You will learn more in 6 months here than 2 years there.”
