Situation
Sneha always wanted a stable office job. Fixed desk, fixed timing. During internship, she was asked to visit clients across the city. First reaction — irritation. Travel, waiting, unpredictable schedules. Some meetings got cancelled, some stretched longer.

Why can’t work be simple and fixed? This feels all over the place… no structure at all.
Having Said That…
After a few weeks, something changed. Every meeting was different. Different people, different problems, different expectations. She started noticing how conversations change depending on the person. It was tiring, but also strangely engaging. She still values stability, but now she understands — field roles are not chaos, they are exposure. And exposure sometimes teaches faster than comfort.
