As calls begin, speakers confirm, sessions take shape, I notice something. I like creating platforms where conversations happen. I like seeing people connect, argue, learn. This work has no owner, no boss, and no deadline breathing down my neck, yet I am more involved than I am in many official tasks.

The event day goes smoothly. People clap, exchange cards, leave. I quietly pack my bag and head home. I don’t wait for thanks. The satisfaction is already sitting inside.
