This is going to be messy. People will complain, compare, and disappear.

Still, I go ahead. I send mails, follow up, book a small venue. Attendance is unpredictable, effort is high, credit is low. Yet every small step makes me feel like I am shaping something larger than my own role. This work doesn’t grow my CV directly, but it grows my sense of belonging.

The first meet is average. Nothing spectacular. But when I lock the venue and walk out, I feel calm. Something has begun. That feels enough for now.
