Dependence - Question 12; In your Job you have to make an important decision like a work location - whose opinion matters the most? Life after college brings many decisions. Jobs. Cities. Courses. Businesses. Relationships. This question is not about who should influence you. It is about who actually influences you.

Dependence - Option A; "I will call my family their opinion matters the most." Even if I have my own views, I feel more comfortable when my family agrees with my decision.

What this may mean: Family remains a strong emotional anchor in your life. Their approval gives you confidence.

Dependence - Option B; "I might listen to others first, but now being independent I will finally decide for myself." Advice is useful, but I believe I must live with the consequences of my own decisions.

What this may mean: You are gradually moving from dependence towards self-direction.

Dependence - Option C; "I might not be able to decide at all." Different people have different wisdom. I do not believe one person always has the right answer.

What this may mean: You are learning to balance guidance with self judgement.
