Freedom - Question 25; Given the freedom in Job, you make a choice and it turns out to be wrong. What would trouble you most? Every person eventually makes a decision that does not work out. The question is what happens inside us afterwards.
Freedom - Option A; "I would worry about disappointing others." I would think about people who trusted my judgement.
What this may mean: Your decisions are closely connected with your relationships and responsibilities.
Freedom - Option B; "I would worry about the consequences." My attention would go towards understanding the impact and finding a way forward.
What this may mean: You may naturally focus on solving problems rather than dwelling on blame.
Freedom - Option C; "I would question myself." I may start wondering whether I am capable of making good decisions.
What this may mean: Your confidence may still be closely linked to the outcomes of your choices.
