Responsibility - Question 27; In a Job there is a lot of trust reposed in you with assigned tasks, what do you feel first? Responsibility can create different feelings in different people. Some feel proud. Some feel nervous. Some feel pressure. Some feel all three together.

Responsibility - Option A; "I feel happy that somebody trusts me." I see responsibility as a sign that people believe in me.

What this may mean: Trust is important to you. Responsibility feels like recognition and opportunity. 

Responsibility - Option B; "I feel nervous." I immediately start thinking about what could go wrong.

What this may mean: You take commitments seriously. Your concern comes from not wanting to let people down.

Responsibility - Option C; "I feel both proud and worried." I like being trusted, but I also know that expectations now come with it.

What this may mean: You are beginning to understand both the rewards and the weight of responsibility.
