Responsibility - Question 28; In your Job you are made a promise on so many things and many times you realize keeping it will be difficult. What would you most likely do? Most people like making promises. The difficult part comes later. This question is about what happens when responsibility becomes inconvenient.

Responsibility - Option A; "I will try my best to keep the promise, even if it becomes difficult." Once I give my word, I feel responsible for honoring it.

What this may mean: Commitment is important to you. People can often depend on you.

Responsibility - Option B; "I will explain the situation honestly and discuss alternatives." Life changes. I believe communication is better than silence.

What this may mean: You understand that responsibility includes transparency, not just performance.

Responsibility - Option C; "I may struggle with the situation and feel guilty." I do not like disappointing people, but difficult situations can sometimes overwhelm me.

What this may mean: Your intentions are good, but handling pressure may still be a work in progress.
