Beginning of ESG in an organization

• Once the information including past data is captured on any parameter then assign a score (may be out of 100) to it in the context of suitability cum desired compliance to ESG Score. This shall give the bench mark – base line data. (Include the external stakeholders also in this exercise) 
• Assign each of the activity vis a vis ESG parameters to concerned desk to explore the options to improve the ESG Score. This shall help prepare an action plan for all the activities.   
• Monitor improvements on periodic basis – This shall keep the compliance on course. Keep revising the scores as given in the beginning to see the change.
