Hello everyone,

Thank you for joining the first interaction session yesterday/today.

What made the interaction meaningful was not perfect answers or polished introductions. It was the honesty, simplicity, humor, curiosity and openness that many of you brought into the conversation.

Some people spoke a lot.

Some spoke less.

Some were observing quietly.

Some were still trying to understand the room.

And all of that is perfectly normal.

Every group journey takes a little time before people become fully comfortable with each other.

What matters is that the journey has now begun.

Over the coming days, we will slowly interact more, understand each other better, and discover how different people think, communicate, observe, react and participate.

There is no pressure to “impress” anyone here.

At this stage, we simply want everyone to feel:

1. comfortable asking questions,

2. comfortable being unsure,

3. comfortable sharing thoughts,

4. and comfortable being themselves.

One request before we move ahead:
