ESG compliance for Businesses –Listed Companies – VALUE CHAIN 

As per 12th July 2023 circular by SEBI the Value Chain partners both UPSTREAM as well as DOWNSTREAM have also been added to compliance regulation.

Each of the Top 150 Listed Companies – the Value chain Partners can be as high as 4000 – 5000 this means over 70000 to 100000 Small & Medium Business shall also be required to comply with ESG requirements
