What lies in future with regards to ESG Compliance

As per recent circular from SEBI dated 12th July 2023, the ESG compliances have been made mandatory only for top 150 Listed companies in terms of their market capitalization. Their Value Chain Partners from downstream as well as upstream have also been included.

Note: As per SEBI Law - The MSME/s as such are not covered as yet, but through value chain mode almost every organization shall be directly or indirectly covered very soon.
