Green Internship Offer From Employer - Sample Green Jobs

GREEN INTERNSHIP OFFER

"Not everyone gets the opportunity to help build something from the beginning. This internship is designed for those who wish to participate in creating the future rather than merely applying for it."

1.About the Organization

1.1 Name

GreenJobs.digital

1.2 About Us; Why Students Like Working With Us

GreenJobs.digital is an emerging global initiative focused on the Green Economy, Green Careers, Green Education, and the Future of Employment. The platform was born from hundreds of discussions, consultations, workshops, and thought marathons involving HR professionals, CEOs, founders, consultants, educators, and industry leaders from around the world.

The founding team observed a major global challenge. While dedicated employment platforms exist for IT, healthcare, finance, hospitality, and many other sectors, no significant platform was focused exclusively on Green Economy careers spanning Food, Agriculture, Environment, Climate, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Renewable Energy, Waste Management, ESG, Carbon Management, Water, Forestry, Biodiversity, and related sectors.

GreenJobs.digital was created to address this gap.

The platform has been incubated in Jaipur, India, but its vision, relationships, and aspirations are global. Today, the Green Economy is creating millions of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities worldwide. GreenJobs aims to become one of the most trusted bridges connecting employers, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, and future leaders within this rapidly expanding ecosystem.

Over 100 Students from all over the world have enjoyed building Green Jobs because they are all treated as builders, contributors, and future leaders rather than temporary interns. They have received exposure to a very real project, real stakeholders, real challenges, and real opportunities to shape the future of the organization itself.

3. Why This Internship Exists

Let us be honest.

Many students complete their education without ever getting a clear understanding of industries, careers, employers, startups, business realities, or even their own strengths.

Some students are excellent at examinations.

Some are average.

Some discover that they are better at communication, networking, leadership, organizing people, solving practical problems, building relationships, creating opportunities, or launching initiatives.

Unfortunately, conventional education systems often fail to recognize these strengths.

Green Jobs Internship has therefore been designed to help young people discover themselves while helping build a platform that aims to redefine employment and engagement in the Green Economy.

This internship is not merely about learning a job.

It is about understanding yourself, understanding opportunities, and participating in the creation of something meaningful.

6.3 Preferred Working Window

Mostly daytime working hours, with flexibility for college students and candidates from different cities.

6.4 Flexibility Available

Yes.

GreenJobs understands that many students may be managing college, family responsibilities, examinations, travel limitations, and personal uncertainty. However, flexibility does not mean casualness. Once an intern accepts an assignment, timely communication and sincere effort are expected.

Important Note:

This internship is outcome-oriented rather than attendance-oriented. We value curiosity, ownership, communication, quality of effort, and timely completion of agreed deliverables more than rigid clock-in and clock-out systems.

7. What Support Will Be Provided During Internship?

7.1 Mentoring Support

Interns will receive mentoring from experienced professionals, founders, advisors, consultants, and industry-connected individuals. The mentoring will focus not only on work but also on confidence building, career clarity, professional behaviour, communication, self-discovery, and future growth.

7.2 Guided Learning Support

Interns will be guided to understand green economy sectors, emerging jobs, startup opportunities, employer expectations, career pathways, workplace behaviour, digital tools, AI-enabled productivity, and practical communication. The effort will be to help every intern become more aware, more confident, and more employable.

8. Review Frequency

Formal review may happen monthly or fortnightly depending upon the assignment. Informal reviews, discussions, feedback, and guidance may happen more frequently.

9. Communication Channel

WhatsApp, Email, Phone Calls, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, face-to-face meetings, and project review discussions may be used. Interns are expected to remain responsive and professional in communication.

10. Outcomes – What Will You Learn?

You will learn about the Green Economy and its many career areas such as agriculture, food systems, environment, climate, waste management, sustainability, ESG, renewable energy, water, circular economy, carbon, biodiversity, and green business services.

10.2 Professional Competencies

You will build practical skills in communication, outreach, research, writing, documentation, coordination, presentation, basic analysis, networking, follow-up, and professional conduct.

You will understand how real organizations evaluate people beyond marks and degrees. You will learn the importance of reliability, ownership, initiative, clarity of communication, quality of work, discipline, teamwork, and learning speed.

10.4 Project – Business Management

You will learn how small assignments become projects, how projects are planned, how timelines are followed, how progress is reported, and how results are documented.

10.5 Team Collaboration

You will learn how to work with people from different backgrounds, cities, colleges, and professional levels. This may include teamwork with other interns, employers, mentors, founders, and institutional representatives.

10.6 AI and Digital Interface

You will learn how to use AI tools and digital platforms for research, writing, communication, career building, employer mapping, social media, documentation, and productivity.

10.7 Resource Optimization

11. How Performance Will Be Documented and Evaluated?

11.1 For 40% – Quality of Deliverables

Evaluation will consider the usefulness, clarity, completeness, originality, accuracy, and practical value of the work submitted by the intern.

Evaluation will consider honesty, respect, discipline, teamwork, communication manners, openness to feedback, and seriousness toward learning.

Note: Evaluation shall be based on actual work outputs, review discussions, reports, presentations, assignments, observations, participation, communication behaviour, and other evidence generated during the internship.

12. Eligibility and Selection Process

12.1 Who is Eligible to Apply?

Students, fresh graduates, career explorers, average performers, active college participants, young people from Tier-2, Tier-3, Tier-4 towns, and candidates from any stream may apply. Candidates from Arts, Commerce, Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Law, Design, Social Sciences, and other backgrounds are welcome.

GreenJobs does not believe that only toppers deserve opportunities. Many young people who are average in academics may be excellent in communication, people handling, local networking, organizing activities, practical problem solving, creativity, resilience, or street-smart execution.

12.2 What Kind of Candidate Are We Looking For?

We are looking for young people who may not have perfect marks but have curiosity, sincerity, courage, people skills, communication ability, resilience, and willingness to learn. We are especially interested in candidates who feel that their real strengths have not yet been properly discovered by college marks, written exams, or routine classroom systems.

12.3 How Will the Selection Process Work?

The selection process will be simple and human. It may include submission of basic biodata, one or more informal interactions, discussion on interests and strengths, understanding of availability, and mutual agreement on possible assignments.

The objective is not to reject people through complicated tests. The objective is to understand whether the candidate is serious, sincere, teachable, and willing to participate in building something meaningful.

12.4 Is Selection Based on Academic Marks?

No.

Marks may be seen, but they will not be the main selection basis. GreenJobs is more interested in attitude, communication, reliability, curiosity, initiative, people skills, practical intelligence, and willingness to grow.

12.5 Is Selection Guaranteed?

No.

Selection depends upon available assignments, mentoring capacity, seriousness of the candidate, and fit with GreenJobs requirements. Since this is a real initiative and not a certificate-distribution counter, every joining must make sense for both sides.

12.6 Can Candidates Reapply?

Yes.

Candidates can reapply later. Sometimes a person may not be ready today but may become ready after three months. Growth is not a railway timetable. Everyone has their own speed.

13. What Do You Receive?

13.1 Financial Benefits; Stipend

This internship may be paid, unpaid, performance-linked, assignment-linked, or milestone-based depending upon the specific role, time commitment, and nature of assignment. The exact financial arrangement shall be clearly communicated before the intern joins.

Interns may get exposure to founders, employers, HR professionals, consultants, educators, startups, green businesses, and professionals working across India and internationally.

13.8 Real Project Experience

Interns will work on real tasks connected to an emerging platform, not classroom simulations. This means the work may sometimes be messy, uncertain, evolving, and exciting — just like real life.

13.9 Payment Frequency

Where payment is applicable, frequency may be monthly, milestone-based, assignment-based, or mutually agreed.

13.10 Any Reimbursement of Travel, Communication, or Field Expenses

Approved expenses directly related to assigned work may be reimbursed as per prior approval and policy.

14. Who Should Join?

This internship is suitable for students and young people who may feel confused about careers but are willing to explore. It is suitable for those who are curious, street-smart, sincere, communicative, resilient, willing to meet people, open to learning, and ready to take responsibility.

It is especially suitable for those who may not be exam toppers but know in their heart that they have something valuable — people skills, common sense, courage, organizing ability, creativity, local understanding, or the hunger to do something meaningful.

15. Who Should Not Join?

This internship is not suitable for those who only want a certificate, want to add one more line to their CV without real work, disappear after the first meeting, avoid communication, or expect spoon-feeding at every step.

It is also not suitable for those who believe that flexibility means no responsibility. GreenJobs will support interns generously, but it expects sincerity in return.

16. Opportunities – Growth Path During and After Internship

16.1 Advanced Internship Roles

Interns who perform well may be given more serious assignments with greater responsibility.

16.2 Project Associate Positions

Capable interns may become project associates for specific GreenJobs initiatives such as student outreach, employer connect, content creation, research, college engagement, or regional coordination.

16.3 Campus Ambassador Roles

Interns may represent GreenJobs in their colleges, cities, and networks.

16.4 Freelance Assignments

Some interns may be considered for independent paid assignments based on specific skills and project needs.

16.5 Full-Time Job Opportunities

Interns who demonstrate strong capability, seriousness, communication ability, and alignment with GreenJobs may be considered for full-time roles. On satisfactory completion of one years internship, we shall consider Intern Suitable for at least INR 10.00 Lakhs Annual CTC.

16.6 Core Team Roles

GreenJobs is at an early stage. Interns who grow with the platform may become part of the core operating team.

16.7 Co-Founder Level Opportunities

Exceptional contributors who demonstrate leadership, ownership, ethics, vision, and long-term commitment may be considered for elevated roles comparable to co-founder-level responsibility.

16.8 Partner-Level Opportunities

GreenJobs is being imagined like leading law, audit, and advisory firms where many capable professionals can rise to the highest levels. Over time, deserving contributors from different regions and domains may grow into partner-level leadership roles.

Note: Progression is not automatic. It depends upon demonstrated capability, reliability, contribution, ethics, learning velocity, leadership potential, and organizational requirements.

17. Green Jobs Platform Commitment

GreenJobs is currently at an idea-to-early-stage journey. Every intern joining GreenJobs receives access to mentoring, exposure, guidance, real assignments, career conversations, and future possibilities. This is not just an internship; it is an invitation to participate in building an institution.

We request only serious and sincere candidates to join. Curiosity is welcome. Confusion is welcome. Average marks are not a problem. But casual attitude, poor communication, and time-pass mindset will not work.

Our commitment is simple:

If you bring sincerity, effort, and willingness to grow, GreenJobs will invest in helping you discover your strengths, build confidence, understand opportunities, and possibly rise with the organization itself.
