3. Why this Internship Exists
Let us be honest.
Thousands of food companies today have websites, social media pages, online marketplaces, distributors, retailers, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and impressive product portfolios.
Yet many struggle to answer a simple question:
Why are sales growing slower than expected?
The easy response is to blame consumers, distributors, retailers, competitors, market conditions, pricing pressures, advertising budgets, or economic slowdowns.
The difficult response is to investigate whether the business itself may be overlooking important realities.
Krishna Organics believes that young professionals fresh out of Academics often bring objectivity, curiosity, digital awareness, market sensitivity, and freedom from organizational politics. This internship has therefore been created not merely to support existing sales efforts but to investigate, analyse, benchmark, and improve them.
This internship is designed for individuals who enjoy asking thoughtful questions, collecting evidence, understanding customer behaviour, studying successful businesses, and helping organizations improve.
