GREEN INTERNSHIP OFFER
"Many businesses work tirelessly to create products, build brands, attend exhibitions, develop relationships, and chase customers. Yet surprisingly few stop to investigate why promising business conversations fail to become sustainable business relationships. This internship is designed for those who are curious enough to investigate reality, courageous enough to question assumptions, and practical enough to recommend improvements."
1. About the Organization
1.1 Name
Rama Naturals Private Limited
1.2 About Us; Why Students could work with Us
Rama Naturals is a young and evolving natural and organic food enterprise committed to making healthier, cleaner, responsibly sourced, and environmentally conscious food products available to domestic and international markets. The promoters believe that commercial success and social impact can coexist, and that businesses have an important role to play in supporting farmers, consumers, communities, and the environment.
Like many new age purpose-driven enterprises, Rama Naturals is still on a learning journey. The company has invested considerable effort in developing products, creating sourcing systems, attending trade exhibitions, approaching distributors, interacting with institutional buyers, participating in B2B events, creating digital visibility, and exploring domestic as well as international opportunities.
The promoters openly acknowledge that despite considerable effort, they do not yet have all the answers. Some initiatives have worked. Some have not. Some assumptions remain untested. Some opportunities have progressed slower than expected. The organization therefore welcomes young professionals who are willing to investigate reality rather than merely confirm existing beliefs.
Students opting to work with Rama Naturals will find this a rare opportunity to understand how businesses actually develop markets, build customer relationships, manage distribution systems, handle commercial negotiations, and convert interest into revenue. They are not onboarded as junior sales executives. They are expected to be investigators, problem-solvers, future leaders, and contributors who are encouraged to observe, question, analyse, benchmark, and recommend improvements.
2. Internship Title
Domestic B2B Market Development, Customer Intelligence & Business Diagnostic Internship Program
3. Why this Internship Exists
Let us be honest.
Thousands of food companies today have product catalogues, websites, presentations, probable distributor lists, exhibitions, customer meetings, institutional contacts, trade enquiries, and ambitious sales targets.
Yet many struggle to answer a simple question:
Why do promising business enquiries fail to become long-term customers?
The easy response is to blame pricing, competition, distributors, procurement departments, market conditions, imports, regulations, logistics, or lack of marketing budgets.
The difficult response is to investigate whether the business itself may be overlooking important realities.
Rama Naturals believes that young professionals fresh out of academics often bring objectivity, curiosity, commercial awareness, digital understanding, and freedom from organizational politics.
This internship has therefore been created not merely to support existing business development activities but to investigate, analyse, benchmark, and improve them.
This internship is designed for individuals who enjoy understanding how businesses buy, how procurement decisions are made, why customers are not buying or switching suppliers, how trust is built, and how successful organizations develop long-term commercial relationships.
