Minimizing the Known Unknowns; This term became popular when people realized that most stress doesn’t come from surprises — it comes from the half-known, half-understood details that keep shifting. Between 2018–2023, students, teachers, and employees all complained about unclear instructions, vague expectations, and incomplete information.
