Q3. Aura Farming; Aura Farming became a popular phrase when people noticed that confidence, reputation, and charm often grow faster than actual performance. Since 2016–2024, students, teachers, and professionals have seen how some individuals build a strong “image” even when their work is still catching up. There is art in cultivating presence — sometimes earned, sometimes exaggerated — to influence how others see you.
