Productivity Paranoia spread fast between 2020–2022, especially in teams that relied on screenshots, green dots, and never-ending check-ins. Today the conversation is shifting toward Trust Empowerment — a belief that people perform better when they feel respected, not monitored. From startups to schools, everyone now debates how much trust is “safe.”
