Getting Parents for Medical Check-ups
Once Upon a Time...
Last month doctor suggested routine health check-up for my father. He kept saying “sab theek hai, koi zarurat nahi”.
My Inner Thoughts...
I felt helpless. I don’t like forcing elders. Also, I was worried he may get angry.
What I Realize Now...
I booked appointment quietly and said we are just going out. Check-up happened. Nothing serious. Everyone relaxed.
