Once Upon a Time...
I am Amit, 26, living in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. I work as a junior architect and usually survive on tiffin food. One Sunday my mother went to Ajmer for a function and told me to cook lunch myself. I decided to make simple aloo-pyaaz sabzi and roti.
My Inner Thoughts...
I felt uneasy. I kept checking YouTube. I worried about gas, timing, and whether food would burn. I kept thinking—why am I doing this when I can order food?
What I Realize Now...
Food was okay. Roti shape was strange. But I ate calmly. Kitchen didn’t scare me after that.
