He is recognized world over for his pioneering work in developing biotechnology application/s in agriculture and introduction of organic farming. With B.Tech & MBA he has not only established grass root level outreach for over 270,000 small organic farmers, have also assisted over 300 food processing units while heading Morarka Foundation for 27 Years.

Has been Advisor to Ministry of Agriculture, GOI, Member of National Steering Committee for Organic Agriculture in India, Member of Groups/Sub Groups” for Planning Commission, GOI and Rajasthan Government.  Has been a Member on “Expert Committee on organic agriculture” by Ministry of Agriculture, Co-Opted Member in 2008, for “Technical advisory Committee on Secondary Agriculture” Expert- Member on “BIS panel for drafting Organic Standards in India”. Member of Governing Board of MANAGE & NIFTEM – the two leading academic and research institutions.

He has travelled all over the world and have worked as advisor to Country Government/s, international organizations & Private Companies on food processing, agriculture value chain, biotechnology, organic farming and IT application in Agriculture during his long and illustrious career.
