Q24. Conscious Unbossing; Conscious Unbossing began as a soft idea inside global companies trying to reduce over-controlling managers. The term caught attention around 2018–2021 when employees everywhere started complaining about micromanagement. Today it’s common in HR talks, LinkedIn posts, and even college leadership workshops. People use it to describe bosses who finally learn to step back and let teams breathe.
